Left Earbud No Sound

So i got my CX 400BT in April they worked fine for like 5 months now the left earbud has no sound at all, the right one works fine, but the left one doesn't make any sound, no music, no system sounds either, the weird thing here is that the controls still work fine in the earbud.

Why is there no sound in my left earbud?

If you only hear audio from the left side of your headphones, make sure the audio source has stereo output capability. IMPORTANT:A mono device will only output sound to the left side. Generally, if a device has an output jack labeled EARPHONE it will be mono, while an output jack labeled HEADPHONE will be stereo.

try reset step if not claim warranty valid for the issue!!

Why would that be no sound in my left earbud?

In the event that you just hear sound from the left half of your earphones, ensure the sound source has sound system yield capacity. IMPORTANT: A mono gadget will simply yield sound to the left side. By and large, if a gadget has a yield jack marked EARPHONE it will be mono, while a yield jack named HEADPHONE will be a sound system.

attempt reset step if not guarantee substantial for the issue!!
