If your Schwinn 450 Elliptical machine keeps pausing during workouts, there are several possible causes:
  1. Power issue: Check to make sure the machine is properly plugged in and the outlet is functioning.
  2. Console issue: The console may need to be reset or there may be a problem with the display. Try unplugging the machine for a few minutes and then plugging it back in.
  3. Software issue: The machine's software may need to be updated. Check the Schwinn website for any available updates and follow the instructions for installation.
  4. Sensor issue: There may be a problem with one of the sensors on the machine. Check for any loose connections or try cleaning the sensors.

If none of these solutions work, you may need to contact Schwinn customer support for further assistance.

Please respond to my effort to provide you with the best possible solution by using the "Acceptable Solution" and/or the "Helpful" buttons when the answer has proven to be helpful.

If the user of the Schwinn 450 stops pedaling during a workout, the machine will enter Pause Mode(Pausing The Workouts) because the equipment is not receiving a signal.
