Transformer Squeal

I have a 46" Sanyo DP42849 LCD flat screen and there is a set of transformers on the power board to the left that are making a high pitched squealing noise and there is a small Mintermittent electrical arc between them, the picture was going in and out but kept the sound. I removed the board to inspect before it completely fries something that is not reparible and am not seeing anything loose or burnt. I would like to know if there is a fix for this issue or do I have to replace the whole board??
