Problem.... Pc Or Mp3

MY PC CAN'T READ ANYMORE MY MP3 SO I CAN'T CHANGE WHAT I'VE STORED IN IT OR ADD NO NEW SONGS OR NEW FILES I TRIED TO CHANGETHE USB-WIRE BUT IT'S THE SAME. THANK U my mp3 is YP-Q1J CB
