- From standby, tap the Menu.
- Tap Settings & Tools.
- Tap Phone Settings.
- Tap Security.
- Enter Phone Lock Code.
- Tap Restore Phone
- Tap Yes.
- Enter Phone Lock Code again and then tap Done.
