Sch-r720 Cell Phone

i have a sch-r720 cell phone i have tried making phone calls with it which it will ring on the other persons phone but i cant hear nothing and they cant hear me

Greetings - I would first try ear-phones and observe. Should they work normal, then either both the earpiece and the mouthpiece needs to be replaced or the phone's motherboard needs to be cleaned as it may confused to believe that the ear-phones are connected all the time due to foreign metal particles on it. If however the phone would still not operate properly with the ear-phones attached, then you may either be looking at a corrupted phone system (the fix to which would be to reset the system to factory settings/defaults) or the motherboard is just going bad (which thing can be confirmed by your nearest phone repairs guys)
