Why Won't My Phone Charge?
I have bought a new battery and charger. My phone does not want to charge. It blinks the battery low randomly and then stops.

Since you have already purchased a brand new battery and charger, I believe this might be related to some hardware parts of your Samsung SPH-D600 mobile phone. Unfortunately, the only possible solution for this is to bring the device to the cellphone repair center in your area.
