Tablet Stuck In Startup Software...it Will Stop Startup At The At&t World Logo
The system will not boot up but stops at AT&T logoOperating System soft ware corrupt and needs to be reinstalled, but cannot get to settings because it is stuck at at&t logo. Where can I find the OS software to reinstall thru memory stick or download....and will I first have to remove the corrupt OS software or will the new software delete and overwrite the old OS software?
