Some Of The Controls Quit Working
The power level and timer buttons just quit working. What can I do?

That may be a safety feature to protect you when the magnetron tube fails. I would not attempt to fix it. Take it to an appliance service shop for servicing. Microwaves can be dangerous when malfunctioning. To avoid radiation exposure do not attempt to service the unit yourself.
