Typing Mode Problems
When I'm typing a text the mode will suddenly change, it is driving me crazy. Is there a way to lock in the mode you want.
Also, how do I access my numerical keypad to enter account numbers, etc during a live call? Not really live, I guess, everything is automated. But when I asked for a account number, and saying it doesn't work, what do I do?
