Getting Contacts Out Of Phone
The phone was dropped in water, worked for a few days after now it won't turn on, like to get contacts out of it if possible

If you saved the contacts on a sim card or a memory card, you may be able to retrieve them using an alternative method like putting the sim in another phone temporarily or using your computer. If you have the contacts saved only on the phone itself, unless you had your service back it up for you, you won't be able to retrieve it. You may try packing your phone in rice for a few days as this is a method people use to soak up any resdual water that might help get the phone functioning at least long enough to retrieve your contacts.

I have the same phone and I never found a way to save contacts to the memory card.
I had problems with my phone and had to transfer the contacts. The only way to do it was to use a dongle (Bluetooth USB adaptor) on my laptop and transfer them via Bluetooth.
Also, I don't think you can transfer you SIM card to another phone. It's specificly identified with your phone and wont work in another phone.
In short, if the phone doesn't power up, I think you are out of luck.
I've heard that if you put a phone that has gotten wet into a bag of rice, the rice will absorb the moisture. After that you may be able to power it up long enoough to remve the contacts. Good luck!
