Try the following :

1.You can key in ##002# into the handset, and it will cancel it for you.

2. What is your cellphone provider? You'll have to call their customer service and have them take voicemail off of your account.Make sure you tell them you want it removed as of today, or it will be there until the end of your cycle

3.call your voice mail (normally on speed dial "1", hold it down) and then listen to the options, one of them should be about your voicemail settings, listen through and you should be able to find the answer. If that doesn't work then try restoring factory settings...
