Cant Access Web
cant access the web, anytime i try to go on the web, the phone resets. tmobile doesn't seem smart enough to fix issue

Greetings. It sounds much like a corrupted firmware requiring a reflash. You can start off with a factory reset and obseve. This model does prove to have firmware issues. Either Samsung Care center or your nearest cellphone repairs can assist you with the firmware reflash should it prove necessary.
