Touch Screen Won't Work.

So I have this model and everything on the phone works like factory except just tonight the touchscreen stopped working. I can still receive calls and make them with the analog controls but I can't look or make texts or access certain apps. When I removed the battery and checked for water damage, the battery, the phone and sim card were untouched and still had white on them instead of red. Please help
