To reset the handset, to the factory default settings, follow the steps below:
- While in standby mode, press the right soft key for Menu
- Select Settings (#)
- Select Phone (5)
- Select Reset Settings (6)
- Enter the password, using the keypad, default password is “0000”
- Press the left soft key for OK
- If prompted, Enter the password again to confirm, using the keypad
- Press the left soft key for OK
- Press the left soft key for Yes to reset the handset's settings to the factory defaults
