How To Remove Sims Card From A Sgh A-837

You need to remove the back cover and the battery to remove the Sim card from Samsung SGH-A837. See to it that the Sim card gold contacts is facing down to orient it and then completely slide the Sim card into the socket. (Please refer to Image 1)

Please note that the phone can not recognize the Sim if it is improperly inserted. The angle corner of the Sim should be inserted as shown in the Image 1.

If you want to remove the Micro SD card, push it backward until it clears the brackets in the slot. Now, lift and remove it. (Please refer to Image 2)

With the battery cover open, reinstall the battery. Simply align the battery tabs with the slots at the bottom of the phone and then press the battery down until it clicks into place but be sure the battery do not complicate the Sim card and must be properly installed before replacing the cover.Then, place the cover back on the device and turn the grooved dial clockwise until the cover locks. (Please refer to Image 3)

Important reminder: Scratches or bending can easily damage the plug-in Sim card and its contacts
