We can still get this device unlocked and I can help!
You'll need to visit our Device Unlock Portal. The page will ask if you're an AT&T wireless customer, select No and please continue with the prompts.
Once you submit the request, you will receive a confirmation email. Please clink the link in the email within 24 hours of receiving the message to confirm your request. You can then check the status of your unlock with the devices IMEI number and request number here. It can take up to two business days for the status to become available.
The request may be approved or denied. If approved, you'll receive an email with your unlock code and instructions. If denied, you'll be provided an explanation along with steps to become eligible, if applicable.
