Scanner And Copier Functions Do Not Work On Scx 4826fn. Copying Works.

2 years age I bought Samsung SCX 4826FN printer. I have hardly used this printer. Total scan pages - 130 Recently its scan and copying functions have stopped working. The printer goes through the process but the paper comes out blank. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the porgram but no luck. I used to copy without the computer interface. Now it does not work. The only thing I can do with this printer is to print some document using my computer. It has lost all other function. Any suggestion to fix this problem will be appreciate. Thank you
