No Gps Signal

I have placed the remote antenna on my roof and I still do not get a blue light for the GPS. The only blue lights that are on are the "power" and "wan" lights. The "SYS" light is also red.The router light for the lan connections blinks once in a while and the wan light will also blink and at times go out for just a second.
