Is There An Issue With Blue-tooth Devices And This Phone?

I was recently issued this phone by my company.  Since I drive quite a bit for work I bought a Motorola H730 bluetooth earpiece.  For the last 2 days wearing this earpiece I hear "Phone 1 disconnected-headset disconnected" followed immediately by the opposite message at least 250 times per day.  Has anyone else experienced this?  If I use it much more I will have to jump out of my van at 70 mph!
