I Cannot Download On 'play Store', Or, Update After Factory Reset.
I Recieve Error Codes When Trying To Down Load Or Update On Samsung Galaxy Discover Sch-r740c. What Can I Do?

Hi. Clear data cache from the application (Market/Google Play Store) - Navigate to Settings > Applications > Manage Apps > All > Market/Google Play Store > clear data cache (also uninstall updates if available) > then reboot the phone and retry and observe.
You can also try and perfom the hard reset again using hardware keys as directed here, alternatively.
