What Should I Pay For Used Samsung Fridge?

Hi, We are planning to purchase a used (bought in Dec 2009) Samsung 26 cubic feet stainless steel french door, Model RF267ABRS from the folks who are selling us their house. The refrigerator is in a good condition, what should I pay for it?
