What To Do When The Freezer And Refrigerator Are Not Freezing Or Cooling.

Model # R825H5111SR side by side stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. The appliance is not freezing or cooling the refrigerator items.

Unplug the refrigerator for like about 5 minutes and after reply got back and it may take about 2 to 3 minutes before it goes to cold
