Rf25hmedbww Cooling Problem,new Samsung French Door Refrigerator.
refrigerator electronic temperature controls lowest setting available is 34 degrees. The refrigerator temperature is consistently at 40 degrees. Have checked the gaskets, checked the alignment of the doors, double checked with a second thermometer, made sure nothing in the refrigerator interferes with closing the doors, made sure it is leveled. The separate snack tray is accurate. Have not checked the freezer, because food in there is obviously frozen.Are there any suggestions for lowering the temperature in the refrigerator to a safer level and/or fixing the problem?
