Keyboard Functional Keys Are Not Working (np500p4c-s07ae) What Do ?

Hi. Download and run the SW Update pack here http://www.samsung.com/ae/support/model/NP500P4C-S07AE - and your laptop's keyboard drivers should be updated together with any other missing device driver and all the functions should then work as expected.
