Samsung Model Ln46b650t1fxza
Heard a loud pop tv went dead. Took it to a repair shop and was told it was the power board. They said they put in a new board in it now powers up but it only changes channels and volume from the remote. Then now replaced the main board and there is no change. Controls on the tv do function and the red power blinks when the tv is on.

Samsung is notorious for failed capacitors on the power supply. You will have to set up your remote in the settings of your satellite or cable provider. If you use an antenna go into the settings> remote on your tv.
