Can't Get The Tv To Come On After Having Previous Issues.

My TV suddenly lost picture and had a loud buzzing/ringing sound. Volume controls did not work. I unplugged the TV. After checking cables, etc. I plugged it back in. Played with the menu a bit and then the screen went black. Red light flashes, but nothing on screen.
