Tv Turns On Very Slowly
I have had this TV for over a year and all of a sudden, it takes over a minute for it to attain a picture after tuning it on. The sound comes on immediately, then finally the picture. Also, when the picture comes on, it will be blinking for a second or two before the picture stays on

Normally it's difficult to determine which board is causing the problems, but since you have audio when the picture is missing, the "main" board is likely good. So the "power" board is likely bad, and since this is a Samsung the capacitors could be going bad (although I haven't seen this model with that issue yet)
You should remove the back and look for obvious capacitors with the tops swollen (see picture) on the "power" board (it's the one the AC cord plugs into). And since you are here, disconnect the wire harness going from the "power" board and the "main" board (the board with the input jacks, and of course the TV will not come on) then plug the AC cord into the AC plug. You can do this with the TV still face down from having the stand and back removed. If the power supply is working you will see the back lights shine through the holes in the panel.
