General Question
I have a HX-MU010EA S2 Portable 1TB external It doesn't showup on my system or pc i don't know what is wrong

It could be stuck. If you have access to a desktop PC then try the drive on the USB port in case its a power issue with your laptop. (I assume it is being used on one) If it shows on the desktop then try a reboot of the laptop from a cold start in case the usb port has been locked.
