My Samsung Dlp Hl-r6768w Tv
My TV started making loud vibration and humming sounds while the picture started to continually flash. I unplugged the unit and when I plugged it in again it continued. It will not turn off by cable remote. Is this a color wheel or cooling fan issue? or something else.
