I Have A 1 Tb Samsung Hd103si Usb Device But It Will Not Show In 'my Computer'
My Samsung HD 103SI USB HD shows in "Devise Manager" as working properly but does not show in "My Computer" I am Running Win XP what can I do?

You will have to initialize hard drives in XP. And then, format and/or partition as needed. This guide has detailed instructions to do all of that:
