Unable To Access Amazon App On Bd-jm57c
Unable to connect to Amazon streaming service from link - Netflix and Hulu connect just fine but when I select the amazon icon the screen goes blank and never connects. Completely locks up the unit. I have to turn it off and then back on just to get back the main menu. It's connected to a Samsung Smart TV and I have BD Wise turned on
