Picture Will Not Come On, Tv Will Not Shut Off Without Cutting Power

I was not able to turn tv all the way off, only picture. I had to cut power. The TV comes on without picture, but I cannot shut off with remote.There is a low level squeeling noise coming from TV When I push power button on remote top light will flicker. It did this about 2 months ago but started working

squeal could be the color wheel, not turning off could be the digital board or the DMD board. I suggest a technician take a look at it
