Change Language

Hi HELP PLEASE. My safelink voicemail is in spanish ,don't know how or why. I DON'T speak spanish. I have tried w/ no success to get a live person. I cannot get voicemails cause my friends think they have wrong number. PLEASE,PLEASE HELP. THANKS SOOOOOO MUCH. Mary Roggio,
