Trying To Reach A Live Person Over The Phone And Not Always The Awful Machine

I applied for my sister online to receive a safelink phone. I selected Medicaid for her government participation instead of Medicare. Since I haven't been able to ask a question about referral, on the number I was given which is 800-723-3546, I am sending the copy of her card by mail. Her information
