Fax Number And Status Says Activated But I Haven't Even Got The Phone Yet

Hello..what is the fax number to fax proof of social services..Also it my acct says it was activated on 12/8/15...how can that be I have not received the phone yet.

Hi. The active status could be a glitch. When you are ready to submit your documentation, log into your SafeLink account and click the 'Submit Documentation' option. Go into the fax option to print the fax header and fax all the necessary documentation to 1-866-902-5756
