Macbook Cannot Connect To Ricoh.
When I try to add the RICOH printer, it successfully accepts the printer's IP address and tries to download the software for the printer; however, it always ends with an error message saying that the software is unavailable. I have tried downloading the driver from the RICOH website, but that seems to have no effect on locating or connecting to the printer. In addition, the printer is unable to send any scanned images/documents to my email address.

Hi. Download and install the driver and software bundles instead of letting the installing wizard do so. That may work.
