Ricoh Gx3050n I Get An Error That The Ink Collector Is Not Set. How Do I Fix?

I have a GSs 3050 SFN Ricoh printer. The Ink collector was full. I've carefully emptied and cleaned out suplus ink and re-installed. The menu reads "reset collector". How do I do that?. I've pressed menu, gone to engine, pressed yes, gone to replace ink collector, and pressed yes. The menu then asks me to switch off. I do that and switch on only to find the original reset message displayed.
