Turning Off The Fax Journal

I want to stop my fax function from printing when the fax goes through correctly.  I want to only receive notification when it does not go through.  How do I change this?

Greetings - You must have forgotten you mention the model number of the machine - however you can still try the following -

USER TOOLS > FAX FEATURES > KEY OPERATR SETTINGS > USER PARAMETER > SELECT SWITCH 3 > and make adjustments there ...
