What does this mean?

Hi, that message means that the printer is set up for DHCP, which means it is set to ask the network's DHCP server for an IP address. If the message just appeared out of nowhere, and the printer previously had an IP address, there is either a problem with your DHCP server or with the printer's connection to the server.
If your printer is not connected via an Ethernet cable, you can disable this message by going into User Tools > System Settings > Interface Settings > Machine IPv4 Address and selecting Specify. That way the printer won't ask for an IP address and the message should go away shortly.
