Error Code Sc491 For Ricoh Spc430dn
please help me to clear this error code

sc491 on an SP C430DN points to a bias problem. It could be something as serious as a defective high voltage power supply board or one of the connecting harnesses, but often it's caused by a bad photoconductor/development unit (PCDU).
If you've just recently replaced one of the PCDU's, that unit could be defective. Otherwise, you may have to try replacing them one by one to see if you can find the bad one.
