Hi, the first step in scanning to a folder is to link to that folder from the copier. You can find detailed instructions on how to do that at the link below:

Once you have added that folder to the address book, you can scan to it by following these steps:

- Press the Scanner button
- Place your document(s) in the document feeder or on the glass
- Select the Folder tab, if it isn't already selected
- Select your folder from the list of programmed destinations
- Press the Start button
