Hi, there are all sorts of reports you can run from the C5000. You can print the fax journal from the fax screen, or from User Tools (User Tools/Counter > Facsimile Features). You can print the scan report from User Tools as well (User Tools/Counter > Scan Features). To print a usage report for different users, go into the admin tools section (User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Display/Print/Clear Counter Per User).
