Is there a way to save an incoming fax to a file location and not print it?

You can save a fax to the machine's hard drive rather than print it. This is done using something called the Reception File. To enable the reception file, press User Tools/Counter and go to Facsimile Features > Reception Settings. Under the Reception File setting, enable the reception file and change the option from printing faxes to storing them.

Faxes will be stored in the reception file until you choose to print them out or delete them (which can be done from the main fax screen). But if the reception file gets filled up, old faxes may be deleted to make room for new faxes.
