How To Retrieve A 2 Month Old Sent Fax From An Mp C3002 Ricoh Aficio
End user is trying to retrieve a fax or faxes sent two months ago. Patron is claiming they did not get it and there was some payment questions that were answered within that fax.

Hi, the Ricoh does not store faxes that it sends (unless the user specifically selects the Store option, in which case you can find it by using either the Document Server or the Select Stored File option). Once it sends a fax, it keeps a record of whether it went through or not, but not the actual fax.
