SC878 on a Ricoh MP C2550 is a TPM system authentication error, generally caused by a firmware upgrade gone wrong or a faulty flash ROM chip. Most likely the controller board will need to be replaced.

Description:TPM system authentication error
The system firmware is not authenticated by TPM (security chip).
Causes:R26; Incorrect updating for the system firmware R26; Defective flash ROM on the controller board Replace the controller board.
