Hi How Do I Setup Scanner With My Pc O/s Window 8
hi i have Ricoh AFICIO 3025 AND MP3010 Erlier i had setup printer (N) and scanner with my pc the o/s was window 7 but now i am using o/s window 8 I had try to setup the scanner but i can,t , is it there need to updated the firmware ? how do i do it ?. or there is any othere way to solve the problem please .

Hi, the process for setting up scanning for Windows 7 and Windows 8 is very similar, but you will need a firmware upgrade to do it because Windows 8 uses a newer version of SMB. Unless you can find the firmware somewhere, you will probably need to get a Ricoh tech to do the upgrade, because Ricoh doesn't make their firmware readily available to customers.
