System Settings

When I select Users Tool then try to go into system settings it won't let me in. Somehow this has me blocked. How do I change so I can get in

Sometimes the system won't let you into User Tools, for example if a print job is currently being processed. If the Data light on the copier is lit up, you won't be able to get into User Tools.

If the Data light isn't lit up and the copier is not in the middle of a copy, print, scan, or fax job, you should be able to access User Tools. Your machine administrator may have locked User Tools for administrative purposes, in which case you'd need to log in to be able to access anything in there.
