How Do I Stop The Fax Confirmations If I Don't Have The Facsimile Features Butto
I have the Ricoh Aficio MP 2851. I would like to turn off the the fax sent confirmation (I am wasting a ton of paper). I have looked online and was told to go into the "facsimile features" I do not have that feature. I have "copier/document", "printer features", "scanner features" and "extened feature setting". In those settings I can not find the "Parameter Switches" needed to turn it off. Is there another way to turn it off?

Hi, if you have the fax option installed on your copier, then there should be the Facsimile Features button in the User Tools screen. If that button is not there, your fax unit is not working properly and the fax board may need to be replaced.
