Change Pm Kit
where do I get instructions on how to change out a pm kit on ricoh mp 2851.

Instructions for replacing the parts that come in the PM kit can be found in the service manual, under the Replacement & Adjustment section. Ricoh only makes its service manuals available to certified Ricoh technicians; however, a Google search will likely turn up a copy of the manual.
Be very careful and methodical when replacing the PM parts. If you mess up, you could cause damage to the copier. If you have a service contract on your machine, check with your servicer to make sure it is okay for you to replace those parts -- otherwise, you might be voiding your contract or warranty.
